In 2025 I was promoted to Program Manager of the NV Energy, Energy Smart Schools Program. In this role I lead strategic program operations and communication for the program, integrating brand‑aligned messaging with performance‑driven project management.

  • Exceeded 2025 program kWh savings goal by 25% while maintaining strong profit margins and budget discipline.
  • Develop and execute strategic go‑to‑market plans and engagement campaigns that strengthen program visibility and stakeholder trust.

When I started with DNV in 2011, I was immediately engaged to collaborate and design for the NV Energy team in Nevada as one of my responsibilities. Since then, I have occasionally served as the interim marketing manager, but always remained the graphic designer. In 2024, I permanently took on the role of Marketing Manager for the NV Energy team. Responsibilities for that position include but are by no means limited to:

Direct statewide marketing and communications strategy for a major utility program, shaping brand‑aligned messaging and multi‑channel campaign execution.

  • Lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital ads, training events, and website optimization, ensuring alignment with utility brand standards.
  • Translate complex program and performance data into clear, compelling communications for customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Manage external vendors and internal partners, ensuring brand consistency, quality control, and on‑time delivery of all marketing assets.
